Craft Your Dream at Designing Dreams

Designing Dreams at South Side on Lamar is a nonprofit artists collective in Dallas, Texas where established and aspiring artists of all ages come to craft and market unique, handcrafted items. These range from leather accessories, belts, bags and chaps to one-of-a-kind hats, charcoal and ink drawings, oil paintings, jewelry, crocheted crowns, home accessories, quilts and more. It's all available at Designing Dreams retail shop, in the Artists Quarter at South Side on Lamar,1409 South Lamar, Suite 102, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mon. - Sat.

Artists' creations in a variety of media are displayed in the galleries of the Designing Dreams Web site with bio sketches of the artists who crafted them. Designing Dreams now features classes for both beginners and veterans where experienced artisans teach adults and children the creative skills needed to learn a new craft or master one already begun. Classes include basic sewing, crafting leather guitar straps, bags and belts and more! All classes are kept small for one-on-one instruction. Call today for prices and availability.
